Ukrainian energy company Ukrnafta announced on Thursday (14 March) that Ukraine’s Antimonopoly Committee has granted Ukrnafta permission for the concentration of the Glusco Group’s assets (the Ukrainian subsidiary Glusco Ukraine).

The company now has all the legal grounds for signing the acts of acceptance and transfer of assets from ARMA, after which it would be able to start the management of the Glusco network in Ukraine.

“Thank you to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for the trust, the Agency for Search and Asset Management for the constructive statesmanship position and the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine for the positive decision. From our side, we assure you that we will justify the received trust advance and will not let you down,” said Ukrnafta’s Director Serhii Koretskyi.

As part of the concentration agreement, Ukrnafta would manage 34 enterprises, as well as real estate in the form of petrol stations, land plots and other assets.
